In Transition? Or Willing to Help Those Individuals In Transition??

Sign Up Now!!

HRP-MN member, Kim Strandlund O’Neil, has generously volunteered her services to assist those HRP-MN member practitioners who are in transition.  Her hope is that she can pair individuals in transition with other HR practitioners who would be willing to provide guidance and advice during this time.

Just a few basic guidelines:

For the Individual in Transition:

  • You must be a current member of HRP-MN.
  • You are encouraged to participate if you are between HR positions or currently working, but seeking a better fit.

For the Transition Partner:

  • You must be an HR practitioner and a current member of HRP-MN.
  • You should be willing to commit to an initial meeting of 45-60 minutes with the individual in transition and an additional 1-2 hours per month to answer subsequent questions or provide advice or comments until the individual in transition “lands.”

If you are “In Transition” and would like to have a “Transition Partner” or would like to volunteer to be a “Transition Partner” and be paired with an individual “In Transition,” please contact Kim at kimoneil@tcomn.com or (952) 345-7724 (business).
