As Area Vice President for Gallagher Benefit Services, Inc., Patricia (Trish) takes a collaborative approach to helping clients meet their business needs. While focusing on overall organizational profitability and productivity, Trish’s approach takes into consideration the changing times of the healthcare industry. Thanks to the depth and breadth of expertise at Gallagher, Trish is able to offer her clients uniquely qualified specialist resources when it comes to benefits consulting, total rewards, compliance services, health cost management and actuarial and retirement consulting.
Prior to joining GBS in 2010, Trish was a Broker Development Coordinator at Aflac. In this capacity Trish was part of Aflac’s first national wholesale sales initiative. By developing internal training programs, enhancing brand awareness within the agency community, and providing creative program solutions to her clients, Trish helped MN become one of the top performing states.
In addition to 8 years with Aflac, Trish has nearly 10 years experience in Diversity communication consulting. Much of that time was spent with an industry leading Diversity consulting firm. As a member of the organization’s senior leadership team, Trish worked with Fortune 500 and multi-national clients on multiple aspects of their Diversity initiatives. As well she participated in national associations such as SHRM, ASTD, Multicultural Food Service Alliance, and The Conference Board.
Supplementing her professional experience, Trish participates on numerous boards and committees including HRP Minnesota, MN SHRM, MTA, MN Chamber, and TwinWest Chamber.
Trish earned her B.S. in Business Administration from Augsburg College.
