Web Services Committee Chair
The HRP-MN Web Services Committee Chair ensures that the HRP-MN Web site continually evolves to meet the needs of HRP-MN’s board, members and sponsors. This position reports to the Vice President—Public Relations. Below is a list of specific functions the Web Services Committee Chair is responsible for.
Duties
- Periodically assembles a Web design team to assess and update the Web design.
- Implements new Web designs.
- Adds or changes functionality to the HRP-MN Web site based on Board/member requests.
- Coordinates with HRP-MN management company web site page changes as requested by the board/members.
- Implements changes to the Web site pages when it’s an emergency or if there is/will be a delay in the management company’s response to the change.
- Recommends ways to enhance the web site to meet the needs of the Board, members and sponsors.
- Assists the Board and the management company with technical issues regarding the Web site.
- Assists the board with overall technical issues including databases and archives.
Calendar
- Reviews web site on a monthly basis, making corrections as needed to update information.
- May develop a committee and hold quarterly meetings to make recommendations to the Board for improvements to the HRP-MN.org site.
Committee Interface
- Vice President—Public Relations, monthly report.
- HRP-MN Board, attends monthly meetings.
- Programs Committee, receives information for web updates.
- Update Co-Chairs, makes link to current newsletter available on web site.
