Dennis Cohen is from the Bronx in New York City. He graduated from Rockland Community College in Suffern, New York and the State University of New York at Oswego. He holds an AA in Humanities and a BA in Social Science. He has also completed extensive Graduate Work toward an MBA at St. Thomas University in St. Paul, Minnesota. He has worked in the Human Resource Field for the past 20 years mostly in Manufacturing. He has been the president of two Chamber of Commerce and Director of the Workforce Partnership. In 2006 he was the Volunteer of the Year for Goodwill Industries in Western Nebraska.  Presently he is working on various contract assignments in Human Resources in the Twin Cities area. He is married with two children Daniel 25 and Sydney 20.

Steven Snyder, Ph.D., founder of Twin Cities-based Snyder Leadership Group, established his organizational consulting firm to provide a resource for organizations and their executives to advance their leadership capabilities and achieve greater success. His notable talent and vast business experience – functional expertise in marketing, product development, finance, and human resources – support his commitment to helping other executives and their organizations reach their peak potential.

Today, in addition to his work with Snyder Leadership Group, Snyder teaches business ethics as an adjunct faculty member at the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota. He has also taught Executive MBA classes in Warsaw, Poland. Snyder has been a guest on the ABC-TV “Nightline” program as well as a featured speaker in North America, Europe and Asia.

Snyder is actively engaged in philanthropy and community service. The vast majority of the profits earned by Snyder Leadership Group are donated to charities in the Minneapolis-St. Paul metropolitan area, as well as his fellowship that supports the psychology program at the University of Minnesota. Snyder also serves on the executive committee at Bet Shalom and is on the board of the Jewish Community Foundation of Minneapolis. He also serves on committees for the Minneapolis Jewish Federation.

Chris Robideau, Account Executive
BI (Business Incentives)


As an AE, Chris' responsibilities include working with potential and existing clients to discover, design, develop and implement customized improvement solutions.  He works with clients and internal account teams to determine the best possible approach to developing beneficial solutions.  Chris is responsible for business development and leadership in the Minneapolis area.

Chris came to BI from a 16 year career in medical sales where he worked primarily with hospitals and physicians.  His focus at BI is employee engagement and sale channel improvement.

John O'Brien, Division VP
Employee Performance Group


John O'Brien has worked in the performance-improvement industry for 24 years, focusing primarily in the employee-involvement, and sales-incentive areas. John currently serves as Division Vice President of BI’s Employee Performance Group. As a part of the Employee Performance Group team, John is responsible for the management of the design and project management associates.  The primary focus of his team is to develop creative solutions that change the behaviors of customer’s employees.

John earned a BA in both Psychology and Communications from St. Cloud State University, St. Cloud Minnesota.
